Maintenance/Support subscriptions are ongoing with auto withdrawal via secured payment processing required.

If canceled early all amounts paid are non-refundable.

If canceled early and client has underpaid for hosting and/or updates, then all outstanding amounts will be invoiced and due immediately.  BLD reserves the right to withhold website files or shut down website if not paid in full.

Subscription packages do REQUIRE a one year service agreement (please read our terms and conditions).
